First, Quad Deuce Studios is officially open! We moved into our new live/work space in Brooklyn on Jan 15th. Looking forward to a screening/housewarming party in early March.
New one day short! Check out Safety Seconds a goofy pilot for a TV show starring our very own Peppy Pepperson. (WARNING: His child-molesting moustache may upset some viewers)
Remember Fistful of Staples? The sequel to Operation: Cutback was our entry to Jury Level of the Filmaka short film festival. I'm proud to say that Fistful continued our run at Filmaka, taking first place! This secured our spot in the final level of competition, where we had to make one last short that will compete with the other winners of earlier mini-fests for a FEATURE DEAL. We wrapped the shoot early last week, and Rich is finishing a rough cut of the flick as I type this. I don't wanna jinx anything, or give too much away, but I think this is the funniest short we've made in a while. It is definitely the Deuce-iest. Here's a little taste:
